Pet-free home (despite pup being in one of the photos).
Located off Thunderbird / US 27 behind Walmart/Aldi/Home Depot in Sebring Country Estates.
Bedroom is furnished with a queen bed with Casper mattress, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser, TV + closet. Bedroom furniture is nice, from Pottery Barn some years ago.
Home is fairly new, 5 years old, on 1/4 acre. Fenced back yard for privacy. Furnished screened back porch with gas grill.
For the most part, the 2nd bathroom will be your own. I'll ask any of my visitors to use my bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom is currently set up as my office, but can accommodate guests with a pull out sofa.
Age, race, gender, preferences, is not a factor, however a gay roommate would be ideal. I'm white, out, 50's, male.
Kitchen, living room, etc. shared space. New washer and dryer is in the garage. There's some storage available too, if needed, in a large shed in the back yard.
The house is fully furnished.
Electric & water to be split 50/50.
Internet included UNLESS usage begins to exceed Xfinity's allowed limits, in which case overages will be shared.
