We are looking for a reliable, organized, and computer-savvy individual to manage day-to-day front office operations at a professional office suites property in Avon Park.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a steady, structured weekday position with a mix of administrative work and light community engagement.

1600 Sunpure Road
Avon Park, FL
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
Hourly (entry-level / near minimum wage, based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the front point of contact for tenants and prospective renters
Answer basic inquiries and assist with showing available office suites
Coordinate tenant needs and general building communication
Handle light administrative tasks (email, scheduling, documentation)
Attend occasional local networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions to help promote the property
Assist with basic remote system monitoring/management (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong reliability and professionalism
Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
Able to navigate online systems and learn new software quickly
Good communication skills (in person and email)
Self-starter who can stay productive in a low-supervision environment
No Prior Experience Required:
We will train the right person. What matters most is work ethic, organization, and comfort with technology.
